Good food, cozy vibes
Good food, cozy vibes 🌿☕️ A perfect spread on wooden dining table: hot coffee, melty grilled cheese, savory dumplings with fresh garnishes, and a loaded burrito with all the fixings. Who's ready to dig in?

Residents enjoying the Covid 19 lockdown
In a housing society in Worli, Mumbai, some people are enjoying the lockdown.
Maharashtra state has given power to the secretaries of the society to decide if any outsider can enter the irsociety building
In one society of 280 apartments (flats) in Worli, south Mumbai, the secretary of the society appointed a committee of volunteers. The duties of the committee were
as follows:
- Food supply to the residents including fresh vegetables, Dairy products and other grocery items.
So the committee members did the following
- They sourced Vegetables and other produce from sahyadri, Nasik, etc (interior Maharashtra where the farmers grow food ).
- Price list is sent via whatsapp to every society member
- Society members place the order via whatsapp and make the payment online.
- Orders are placed to farmers
- Individual orders are packed in cartons by farmers with the apartment number labeled on top of the carton.
- The boxes are delivered to the society via trucks
- Young volunteer boys and girls deliver the cartons to their respective apartments.
- Similarly milk cartons/Plastic milk bags are also delivered to the society members.
This way the society members by passed the middlemen, passing on the benefit to farmers
So the residents of the society are enjoying home delivered fresh food at reasonable prices without going out shopping.
